Navzilla - A moving map app with airspace, terrain, routes, altitude, heading, ground speed, lat/lon and much more. It's not on the Android market yet as it is still in beta, but you can visit the website with your android device, sign up, confirm the registration email, login and then download the app to your device. Best of all, It's FREE!

Gaggle - A flight computer, GPS logger, flight logbook and moving map all right there on your phone. Tons of features and currently being updated frequently to address bug fixes and user feedback from beta testing. Best of all, It's FREE!

Rmaps - A great mapping application that displays just about every kind of map you will ever need, for us, its got all the U.S. VFR sectional maps and you can view airspace in a moments notice wherever you go.

iPhone

Cockpit GPS Lite - An airplane based cockpit/instrument panel for your iPhone. Has many different panel layouts and one that should work in a pinch for paragliding and hang gliding that displays airspeed, altitude and heading.
